Upon arrival, we found the welcome lacking warmth, which initially set the tone. We quickly focused on the positive aspects, like the spacious rooms that catered well to families. One memorable moment was how the hotel accommodated our children with amenities suited for their age. They particularly enjoyed the nearby pedestrian street, which was perfect for leisurely strolls and exploring local cafes. Unfortunately, we did encounter a significant issue on our departure day when our room key was deactivated unexpectedly. Thankfully, after a hour's wait, we were eventually able to resolve this with the owner's assistance. While the experience had its ups and downs, the family-friendly activities available made it worthwhile for our tropical getaway.
